• How much time will the program require?
The YTB Passport To Giving Program takes minimal time and is really considered
"effortless". YTB maintains the online booking engine service and provides your supporters with competitive travel rates. All we ask is that you promote the program to your members and supporters through the wonderful marketing tools YTB provides your organization.

• Do we sign a long-term agreement with YTB?
No, this agreement is non-contractual. YTB provides an agreement that spells out the terms and conditions of our arrangement, but you are not committing to a long-term agreement. We believe in earning your business every day.

• Do you guarantee that any information about our members will be held in strict confidence?
Absolutely. We understand the trust your members and supporters have in your organization is critical. Protecting the privacy and security of your members
is a prime concern of ours as well. We do not: collect information concerning your members, send unsolicited e-mails, or sell any information to other companies.

• Can you assist with group travel arrangements? Definitely. We have  dedicated travel professionals in the association program to help organizations plan group trips for 20 people or more, including cruises and special excursions. • What type of marketing assistance can you provide?
To maximize the fundraising potential of your travel website, it is imperative you promote it at every opportunity. YTB offers camera-ready masters of promotional material. Please click on the “Marketing Program” button for additional information.

• Are there any additional costs?
No. There is a one-time set-up fee of $499.95 (for set-up and maintenance of your “private label” travel website). After that our service is free, and there is no minimum level of activity required.

• What if our Organization cannot pay the one-time fee but we want to participate?
This fee may be paid by a corporate sponsor or individual. The sponsor would be featured at the top of your organization’s travel website indicating “Sponsored by …..” This is a great opportunity for the sponsor to show the public the sponsor cares about the organization and is supporting them in this endeavor.
